1.3 Changes to Terms

RapideView reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Subscriptions & Accounts

2.1 Account Registration

To use RapideView, you must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.2 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans (3, 6, and 12 months) across 1–4 connection tiers. All plans are pre-paid and non-transferable. Your subscription begins upon receipt of your credentials and payment confirmation.

2.3 Connection Limits

Each subscription is limited to the number of simultaneous streams specified in your plan (1, 2, 3, or 4 connections). Exceeding this limit may result in service interruption or account suspension without refund.

2.4 Account Sharing

Sharing your credentials with individuals outside your household is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. We monitor for abnormal usage patterns and reserve the right to suspend accounts in breach of this clause.

3. Acceptable Use

RapideView is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may stream content on devices in your household for your own personal enjoyment.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Please see our Refund Policy for details on any applicable refunds.

4.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you breach any of these Terms — particularly clauses relating to credential sharing, reselling, or illegal use.

4.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. All outstanding fees remain due and payable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability and Governing Law) shall continue to apply.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

5.1 Service Availability

While we target 99.9% uptime, RapideView is provided 'as is' and we make no guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free access. Planned maintenance and force-majeure events may result in temporary service interruptions.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapideView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to RapideView in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

6.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any dispute before taking formal legal action. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our 24/7 support team — email support@RapideView.tv or message us on WhatsApp.

6.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
