Because digital subscription services are activated instantly and consumed immediately, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to contact our support team first — most issues can be resolved in minutes without needing a formal refund.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours. We may ask for additional information such as screenshots, device details, or confirmation of the issue. We aim to resolve most queries at this stage — often faster than a formal refund.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Alternatively, we may offer a service extension or plan upgrade as a goodwill gesture.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. There are no cancellation fees. Your access will continue until the end of your current subscription period — we do not prorate partial-period refunds for self-initiated cancellations.
There are no long-term contracts. All plans are pre-paid for the chosen period (3, 6, or 12 months). To avoid automatic renewal, simply do not renew when your plan expires — we will never charge you without explicit authorisation.
