We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, WhatsApp number (if provided), payment information (processed securely by third-party processors — we never store card details), and any communications you send us.
When you use our service or website, we automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, pages visited and time spent, referral URLs, and general location data (country/region level only).
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.
We use your information to create and manage your account, process payments, deliver your subscription credentials, send activation details and receipts, and provide technical support.
We may contact you to confirm your order, send renewal reminders, respond to support queries, and (with your consent) share service updates or promotions. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Anonymised, aggregated usage data helps us understand how the service is used, identify performance issues, and improve the platform for all users. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text.
Payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant third-party processors. We never see, store, or have access to your full card details. Only the last four digits and expiry date may be retained for reference purposes.
Internal access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it to perform their job. All staff are trained in data protection, and access is logged and monitored.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.
We share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate: payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal), email delivery services, and hosting providers. All providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RapideView, our users, or others. We will notify you of such disclosures where legally permitted.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
You may ask us to correct inaccurate data or delete your personal information at any time. We will fulfil your request within 30 days, unless we are required to retain data by law (e.g. financial records).
You have the right to object to processing of your data for marketing, and to request that we restrict processing in certain circumstances. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@RapideView.tv.
RapideView is the data controller for personal data collected through our website and service. For privacy-related queries, email us at privacy@RapideView.tv. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
This Privacy Policy was last updated on 13 March 2026. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk — the UK's data protection supervisory authority.
